Taste Test: Radish Pickles

Well, they're ready!  Now comes the moment of truth...
Delicious.  A hint of garlic, a hint of heat, and a delicate vinegar base.  
I will definitely be making more of these!

  1. I made them for the first time this year, and I love them! I'll definitely be making more. I got some Chinese Beauty Heart radishes (aka Watermelon) just for making pickles this fall. I had daikon types this spring and they turned out great too.
